Mobile Telephony ContractCPS Response
1"Existing Supplier(s) - If there is more than one supplier please split the contract up including the contract value, number of users, duration, contract dates and internal contact details."Level 3 (formerly Global Crossing) provides CPS with a fully managed telephony service which includes provision of mobile telephony which is through the Central Government Public Sector Network (PSN Lot 6) framework contract. All standard terms and conditions of the central government framework apply to mobile telephony services.
2Total contract value- If there isn’t a total contract value please cans you provide me with the latest annual spend on mobile phone for each network provider. The telephony managed service contract is approximately £41 million for the period of January 2006 to March 2015 of which mobile telephony forms a part of.

4Duration of the contract- please state if the contract also include contract extensions for each provider. "The initial term of the telephony contract commenced in 2006 until 31 March 2012, the telephony managed service contract contained options to extend the initial term until March 2015. In October 2009 the CPS Board approved the business case to exercise its right to extend and signed a contract extension with Global Crossing (now Level 3) until March 2015."
5Call off Contract/Framework Agreement Start Date- please provide me with information on when the framework commenced and include the month and year and day if possible for each network provider. Central Government Public Sector Network (PSN) Lot 6 with Vodafone commence following Cabinet Office approval on 31st December 2012.
