According to this invention a rocket-discharg
ing device comprises an inner casing, a buoyancy
chamber on said inner casing, an outer casing at
‘least partly surrounding said inner casing, a
. rocket in said inner casing, means for ejecting
‘ said inner casing from said outer casing, and
means for ejecting said rocket from'said inner
casing and for igniting the rocket.
The outer casing may completely surround the
inner casing, in which case it is formed of two
detachable parts,‘ or it may surround only the
lower part of the inner casing, in which‘ case it
may be detachably secured to the inner casing or
its buoyancy chamber. The device according to
