MOWING MACHINE GUARD
Martin Boyer, Lowry, Minn., assignor of one

The invention as described herein, and illus
trated in the accompanying drawings, consists
of a rivetless ledger plate, an object of which is
to provide means whereby the plate may be se
cured to the guard finger without the use of
rivets.
Another object of the invention is to provide
a ledger plate and a spring pull back therefor.
A further object of this invention is to provide
a guard in the rear part of which is provided a
rivet with a protruding head, an end 0f a pull
spring attached to the head, and a ledger plate
to the outer end of which is removably attached
the other end of the spring whereby the plate
is detachably held in place.

leap from the guard.
