2005 Structure D 2000 22- 007 A New Thiophosphate, Rb0.38Ag0.5Nb2PS10. — Single crystals of the title compound are prepared by reaction of Nb, phosphorus, and sulfur in a eutectic RbI/AgI flux (1073 K, sealed quartz tube, 72 h). Rb0.38Ag 0.5Nb 2PS 10 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with Z = 2.
