Manipulator versions to be installed with normal drive key, NOT SAC.

What is needed?
- Basic knowledge how to build and install RobotWare in an IRC5 controller
- RobotWare 5.15.03 (or later 5.15) Complete DVD with RobotStudio 5.60 installed in the PC
- Stand Alone Controller (SAC) option installed. Install from Complete DVD/Additional Options
- RW Control key
- RW Drive key “Drive module only or No IRB manipulator - Drive System 09 2600/4400/6400R”
- Additional Option key (SAC) found in Mediapool/SAC_5.15.3041 (or later 5.15)

Create a new system in RobotStudio/System Builder. Build the system according to the normal procedure.
Enter the Control key.
Next, Enter Drive key.
Key of type “Drive module only or No IRB
manipulator - Drive System 09 2600/4400/6400R”
Next, Add Additional Options
Enter Key: ABB Industrial IT\Robotics IT\MediaPool\ SAC_5.15.3041 (or later 5.15) \XX-XXXXX_SAC.kxt

Next, Modify Options: Check Special Application Robot
Scroll down and find the old manipulators possible to use with IRC5.
(Note! These manipulators are not available if SAC_5.60 is installed)
Press Next if parameter data has to be added into the system, otherwise Finish.
The system is now ready to be installed into the IRC5 Controller/use in RobotStudio.
